WHO WE ARE
REVEALIENCY = REVEAL EFFICIENCY
We focus on improving diesel engine efficiency. Revealiency (formerly Emissions-Based Maintenance or EBM) provides green technology solutions to analyze engine exhaust to identify maintenance improvements. Combining over four decades of hands-on maintenance experience with state-of-the-art cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) provides customers with science-based tool that can measure and improve engine efficiency. Specifically, we have identified maintenance corrections that provide customers with millions of dollars of fuel savings and save billions of pounds of pollution from the environment.
Revealiency creates maintenance tools that can uncover inefficiencies that have previously not been not detected or corrected. Consequently, the environmental impact is greater than engine operates anticipated and fuel costs are much greater than expected. We have managed diesel engines in real-world conditions and understand what is required to make solutions for rugged conditions. See The Problem Explained for more details.
A TRUE WIN-WIN SOLUTION
Revealiency routinely exceeds savings targets of 5%-7% and focuses. Our Emissions-Based Maintenance software has been successfully tested and can deliver companies fuel savings while simultaneously eliminated excess environmental impact.
As a result of decades of hands-on diesel maintenance expertise, we can take a pragmatic science-based approach leveraged with cutting edge cloud-based artificial intelligence (AI) software to improve engine performance. Consequently, we are able to identify corrective maintenance actions to improve engine performance that are not detected by OEM fault codes.
We have conducted thousands of in-field emissions tests and consistently identify engines operating significantly different compared to when the engine was approved by the EPA. Because these engines are never required to be tested, the engine owner typically is not aware their engines are running inefficiently. Our goal is to help engine owners to first assess engine performance and then make recommendations to improve engine performance to improve engine efficiency leading to reduced pollution and fuel consumption..
